This barbarian event for dogs is held every year in early March in the village in southeastern Bulgaria Brodilovo. Locals say that all they do is to prevent rabies in dogs and the goal is not to hurt dogs. A foolish way to prevent rabies to dogs, which certainly gives no-result! People rabid prevent rabies to dogs!
