In images you can see how Juan Antonio Fleche cyclist is hit by a French television car, Juan Antonio Fleche in his turn hitting the cyclist Johnny Hoogerland sending him into barbed wire fence on the roadside. However following the incident Hoogerland and Flecha could continue their ride. Hoogerland was injured with deep-cut wounds but he managed to reach the finish streak in Saint-Flour on time.
